Competition deadlines
AI film competitions closing in February 2027
Four AI film competitions on our list have their final deadline in February 2027. The first to close is Milan AI Festival: VIA Visual Innovation Awards on 15 Feb; the last is HKUST AI Film Festival 2027 on 28 Feb. They are based in Europe, the Middle East and Asia (China and Hong Kong). One lists free entry. Each one ends in a screening or ceremony with a published date.
How this page is made: it is built from our checked competitions list, the same one behind Competitions. Each row below was read on the organiser's own page; the latest check for this month was .
The date on each row is the final deadline the organiser publishes, the last day you can enter. Many calls have cheaper early tiers that close weeks before, and organisers set the cut-off in their own time zone, so a midnight deadline in Los Angeles is the next morning in London. Read the rules on the organiser's page before you pay a fee.
